Scaffolding Company forms strategic partnership
with Jacobs Engineering Group
Atlantic Scaffolding Company announced today that it has completed an investment by Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE –JEC). The strategic partnership will provide added momentum to Atlantic’s growth program by providing expanded services to the pulp and paper, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and power industries on a nationwide basis. In making the announcement, Atlantic’s Founder and CEO Peter P. Vrettakos stated, ”The deal between Jacobs Engineering Group and Atlantic Scaffolding Company is an integral part of our strategic growth plan.
